Most practitioners describe a quieting of behind-the-brow tension during the first session. The ritual compounds — by night seven, the act of reaching for the Nocturne becomes the signal to power down.
We ask you to remove contacts before each session. Makeup is fine, though the Nocturne is more luxurious against bare skin. The interior pad is removable and hand-washable.
Weighted masks apply static pressure and cool over the night. The Nocturne is contoured and active — gentle rhythmic compression with calibrated warmth held at body temperature for the entire session.
The Velori Promise gives you thirty days from delivery to live with it. If the ritual does not settle, write to our concierge at concierge@velorilab.com — we arrange a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. No phone trees, no scripts.
Two years against manufacturing defect on the device, motor, and battery. If anything fails through normal use, we replace the unit. Email concierge@velorilab.com with your order number and a brief description.
Each Nocturne is hand-inspected before dispatch and ships via insured global handling. Typical passage is eight to fifteen business days. You will receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our atelier, and you can follow its journey at any time on the Track page.
A rechargeable lithium-ion cell sits inside the Nocturne — typically sixty to ninety minutes of continuous use per full charge, which works out to roughly six to nine sessions before it needs to return to its cable.
